We worship the King, because He first loved us,
He redeemed us and brought us into the light,
joined us to the family of God that we could be one people
with the children of God. To declare his mighty works,
and His great love for us.
God will go to any length to bring you out of darkness,
He is not limited, He is not tempted, He is not hindered by the forces of this world.
Great is your Name in all the earth.
That at the Name of Jesus, every knee must bow,
every chain must be broken, to set the captives free. He who the Son has made free, is free indeed,
no going back, freedom bring you onto a new path with a new destiny with Christ our Lord in our lives.

I’m curious, if no eternal afterlife or Heaven (or Hell) were offered, would you still worship God? Even nix the brownie points? Nothing you do on Earth would matter in the long run, at least not to God, so would you still worship him?
No, of course not. I became a Christian because He promised me eternal life. However, now I serve Him because I love Him as I got to know Him. Sorry, I’m selfish that way.

Anglo-Canadians: do you worship God first and Queen second? After all, Her Majesty the Queen not only reigns over her Canadian subjects but she is Supreme Governor of the Church.
No, the United Church is the largest denomination in Canada. However, many Canadians are non-Christian, non-practising Christians or even Atheists. Plenty of people worship God, I wouldn’t say many people "worship" the Queen though.

So i got really bad acne and my life literally went down hill after that! I pray so much and after 5 months,I gave up worshiping in God!! I’m a really confident guy and I don’t let anything get in my way! But my acne just got seriously bad!! So is this a dumb reason for not worship God?
Read the Book of Job in your Bible if you have one.. Job was a great man. Had it all. But satan (he roams the world back and forth) went before God and basically told Him. The only reason Job loves you so much is because you gave him everything. If You take everything away from him, he will curse You to Your face!! So satan went out and killed the man’s kids (they were grown i think), destroyed his house, stole his animals. God allowed it to happen, but it was satan that did these things. So then, same thing happened, but this time, satan claimed that Job loved Him so, because of his great health he had. So satan went out and put boils all over Job. From head to toe. He looked so bad people could not recognize him. Job’s wife even said, Why don’t you just curse God and die!! She left him of course. Then Jobs friends came over and saw that he was in so much pain and misery that they did not utter a word. They just sat with him for days thinking. Until finally they start talking,, What did you do for God to do this to you? He had not done a thing wrong!! (But please understand that it was not God it was satan that did it). Job did curse the day he was born, but never cursed God, as satan said he would. At the end,,Job was blessed a lot more than he was before…. Don’t ever blame God for health, money, or even death.. Because all of these things are of this world. When you die, none of them go with you.
